4. Course Enrollment & Access

  • Course access is granted upon successful enrollment and payment (where applicable).
  • Live sessions are conducted online at scheduled times. Recordings may be provided at our discretion.
  • Access to course materials is granted for the duration specified at enrollment.
  • You may not share, redistribute, or resell course access, materials, or login credentials.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Course fees are charged upfront unless stated otherwise.
  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • All courses fee is non-refundable
  • CodeParallels reserves the right to modify course fees at any time. Price changes do not affect existing enrollments.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the CodeParallels platform — including videos, slides, exercises, and written materials — is the intellectual property of CodeParallels and is protected by copyright law.
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view course content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.

7. Code of Conduct

  • You agree to participate respectfully in all live sessions, community forums, and communications.
  • Harassment, discrimination, cheating, or any form of disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the platform without refund.
  • You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
  • Academic dishonesty, including submitting others' work as your own, is strictly prohibited.

8. Certifications

  • Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all required course components, including live sessions and assessments.
  • Certificates are for personal use and verification purposes only.
  • CodeParallels reserves the right to revoke certificates if evidence of misconduct or violation of these Terms is found.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Our platform and content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, job placement, or salary increases as a result of completing our courses.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeParallels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant course.

10. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at admin@codeparallels.com.
  • Upon termination, your access to course content will cease. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
